Aussie Brands To Have On Your Radar

April 14, 2021

I’ve been feeling really home sick… and I don’t mean ‘sick of being at home’, ha ha, because I am definitely feeling that too! But I am missing my friends and family in Australia. The psychological affect of not being able to travel has me yearning for the smell of eucalyptus, the salty waves and a good old Aussie BBQ (gas, of course).

To combat this I have been satiating my wish-lists with summer styles from my favourite Aussie brands. If there is one thing Aussie designers are good at, it’s resort wear.

Here are my favourite brands to bring sunshine to your wardrobe;

Bondi Born: The clean cut swimwear is beautiful and flattering and they manage to make linen look cool.

Asceno: Their loungewear inspired styles make great additions for your WFH wardrobe but equally translate into real life socialising. I live in their pyjamas.

Esse Studios: With a strong sustainable message, all of Esse’s pieces are designed to be interchangeable. Wardrobe perfection.

Matteau: The design duo started with swimwear and now design dresses and matching sets for long summer days

Aje: As beautiful in the city as they are on the beach

And because I am dreaming of holidays, if I was going to Turkey I would wear A Piece of White, if I was going to NY I would wear Tibi, if I was going to Malibu I would wear Anemos and if I was going to Stockholm I would wear Toteme.

For my real life holiday to Whitstable, I will be wearing British designer, Wiggy Kit.

P.S. The demand for appointments has been crazy and I know how desperate you all are to build a beautiful wardrobe around our new way of life. Sophia and I have very few bookings left and I only 4 more Fridays available before I break for August holidays so if you are feeling frustrated with your wardrobe and want to emerge from lockdown better dressed then get in touch.
