The thing that’s so appealing about Australian designers is that they manage to harness the essence of summer—the ease and effortlessness—but make it feel relevant for more urban environments. The dresses style as easily with flip-flops as they do with a blazer and loafers. They bridge the gap between seasons, helping you transition in the unpredictable British weather.

“Melting pot” is the term I used to hear a lot growing up… and I see that alchemy of taking all the best bits and creating something unique and versatile that is distinctly Aussie. There’s a timelessness to this mindset.

I think the appeal also lies in the more selective availability—they manage to stay commercial without being overexposed.
